เงินไม่พอ! แต่อยากได้วีซ่า Non-O คู่สมรส?

การขอวีซ่า Non-O (คู่สมรสไทย) ก่อนเข้าไทย ต้องมีเงินในบัญชี 400,000 บาท หรือ ใบรับรองรายได้ 40,000 บาท/เดือน เลือกอย่างใดย่างหนึ่ง

ถ้าเงินไม่ถึงทั้งสองอย่าง สามารถเอาเงินฝาก + ใบรับรองรายได้ มารวมกันให้ถึงเกณฑ์ 400,000 บาทได้

ถ้ายังไม่ถึงอีก เอาเงินจากที่อื่นมาเข้าได้ให้ถึง 400,000 บาท

หลังเข้าไทย แล้วต้องการขออยู่ต่อ ก็สามารถทำเช่นเดิมได้ แต่การเงิน 400,000 บาท ต้องฝากในบัญชีธนาคารไทยไว้สองเดือนห้ามถอน ถ้าใช้ใบรับรองรายได้ 40,000 บาท/เดือน ต้องรับรองตัวจริง + แปลไทยและรับรองการแปล ซึ่งควรเตรียมตัวล่วงหน้า

หัวใจสำคัญ ทั้งตอนขอวีซ่า และ ขออยู่ต่อในไทย คือ ถ้าเงินไม่ถึงเกณฑ์ สามารถเอาเงินฝาก+รายได้มารวมกันได้ หรือ เอาเงินจากที่อื่นมาเข้าได้ให้ถึง 400,000 บาท ได้

Not Enough Money for a Non-O Visa?

Applying for a Non-O Visa (Thai spouse) before entering Thailand requires either

• 400,000 THB in a bank account, or
• an income certificate showing 40,000 THB per month.
  You may choose one of these options.

If you do not meet either requirement, you can combine your bank balance + monthly income to reach the equivalent of 400,000 THB.

If it is still not enough, you can add funds from other sources to reach 400,000 THB.

After entering Thailand, when applying for an extension of stay, you can do the same.
However:

• For the 400,000 THB bank balance, the money must be deposited in a Thai bank account for 2 months and cannot be withdrawn.
• If using the income certificate of 40,000 THB/month, it must be the original document, translated into Thai, and the translation must be certified. This should be prepared in advance.
