ขออยู่ต่อวีซ่า NON-O คู่สมรส ล่วงหน้าได้เมื่อไหร่?

• ต่อวีซ่าได้ล่วงหน้า 45 วัน จนถึงวันที่วีซ่าหมดอายุ (อ้างอิงจากเว็บ ตม.)
• แต่ในทางปฏิบัติ กรณีใช้บัญชีธนาคาร ต่อล่วงหน้านานมากไม่ได้อยู่แล้วเพราะ ต้องมีการเอาเงินเข้าฝากในธนาคารต่อเนื่อง 2เดือนก่อน
• (แนะนำ) ควรยื่นล่วงหน้า อย่างน้อย 20 วัน ก่อนวีซ่าหมดอายุ หรือเร็วที่สุดที่ฝากเงินครบ 2 เดือนแล้ว
• (ไม่แนะนำ แต่ทำได้) ขอล่วงหน้า2 เดือนก็ได้ หรือเข้ามาแล้วขออยู่ต่อเลยก็ได้ ถ้าเอกสารครบจริง และมีใบรับรองรายได้ แต่เมื่อได้รับอนุมัติ วีซ่าจะเริ่มนับทันที ทำให้เสียวันวีซ่าที่มีอยู่เบื้องต้น 90 วัน

หมายเหตุสำคัญ

• ค่าธรรมเนียม 1,900 บาท
• เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมือง (ตม.) อาจขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติม ควรสอบถามตม.ที่รับผิดชอบล่วงหน้า
• ผู้ยื่นคำขอและคู่สมรส ต้องเดินทางไปยื่นด้วยตนเองทั้งคู่
• เอกสารภาษาอังกฤษบางอย่างอาจใช้ได้ แต่ควรถามตม. ว่าต้องแปลและรับรองการแปลหรือไม่
• เอกสารต้องมี ตัวจริง + สำเนา + เซ็นรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง
• เอกสารภาษา ตปท ทุกอย่าง (รวมทั้งพาสปอร์ต) ต้องรับรองตัวจริง + แปลไทย +รับรองคำแปล

รายการเอกสาร สำหรับขออยู่ต่อวีซ่า NON-O (คู่สมรส)

1) เอกสารฝ่ายคู่สมรสชาวไทย

1. สำเนาบัตรประชาชน
2. สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน
3. สำเนาใบเปลี่ยนชื่อ–สกุล (ถ้ามี)
4. กรณีเคยหย่า แสดงใบหย่า คร.6, คร.7

2) เอกสารฝ่ายคู่สมรสชาวต่างชาติ

1. แบบคำขอ ตม.7 พร้อมรูปถ่าย 1 รูป
2. สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง
3. เอกสารการเข้าเมือง
   • ตม.6 / TDAC ที่ลงทะเบียนก่อนเข้าไทย
   • ตม.30 แจ้งที่พัก (ชาวต่างชาติยื่นหลังเข้าไทย)
   • ตม.47 แจ้งอยู่เกิน 90 วัน (ต้องทำก่อนมายื่นขออยู่ต่อ)
4. สำเนาใบเปลี่ยนชื่อ–สกุล (ถ้ามี) ต้อง รับรองตัวจริง + แปล + รับรองการแปล
   • หากมีบุตรร่วมกัน: แนบสำเนาสูติบัตร, บัตรประชาชน และทะเบียนบ้านของบุตรทุกคน
5. เอกสารทะเบียนสมรส
   • กรณีจดทะเบียนสมรสในไทย
     • คร.3 (ใบสำคัญการสมรส)
     • คร.2 (ทะเบียนสมรส)
     • หากเคยหย่า: คร.7 (ใบสำคัญการหย่า), คร.6 (ทะเบียนหย่า)
   • กรณีจดทะเบียนสมรสในต่างประเทศ
     • ทะเบียนสมรสจากต่างประเทศ (รับรองตัวจริง + แปล + รับรองแปล)
     • คร.22 (ทะเบียนฐานะแห่งครอบครัว)
     • หากเคยหย่า: ใบหย่าจากต่างประเทศ (รับรองตัวจริง + แปล + รับรองแปล)
6. (เฉพาะกรณีสามีไทย – ภรรยาต่างชาติ)
   • หลักฐานการทำงานของสามีไทย

3) หลักฐานการเงิน

3.1 ใช้เงินฝากในบัญชีธนาคารไทย (ออมทรัพย์หรือประจำ)

• หนังสือรับรองยอดเงินปัจจุบันจากธนาคาร: ไม่น้อยกว่า 400,000 บาท
• สมุดบัญชีธนาคาร แสดงยอดเงินคงเหลือย้อนหลัง 2 เดือน: ไม่น้อยกว่า 400,000 บาทตลอดระยะเวลา

3.2 ใช้รายได้จากต่างประเทศ (เช่น บำนาญ)

• หนังสือรับรองรายได้จากสถานทูตในไทย
  • ต้องมีรายได้ ไม่น้อยกว่า 40,000 บาทต่อเดือน
• ตม.บางแห่งอาจเรียกเอกสารแหล่งที่มาของเงินเพิ่มเติม

3.3 รวมรายได้ + เงินฝาก

หากยอดเงินอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งไม่ถึงเกณฑ์ สามารถรวมกันให้ได้ ตั้งแต่ 400,000 บาทขึ้นไป
ตัวอย่าง:

• เงินฝาก 160,000 บาท
• รายได้ 20,000 บาท/เดือน × 12 เดือน = 240,000 บาท
• รวม = 400,000 บาท (ผ่านเกณฑ์)

4) รูปถ่ายครอบครัว + แผนที่บ้าน

• รูปถ่ายครอบครัวที่พักอาศัย 4 รูป
  • หน้าบ้านเห็นเลขที่บ้าน: 2 รูป
  • ภายในบ้าน: 2 รูป
• แนบแผนที่บ้าน

5) กรณีที่อยู่จริงไม่ตรงทะเบียนบ้าน

• สัญญาเช่าห้อง/บ้าน หรือ หนังสือรับรองที่พักจากเจ้าบ้าน
• สำเนาบัตรประชาชนเจ้าบ้าน
• สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านเจ้าบ้าน
• หรือเอกสารแสดงกรรมสิทธิ์ของเจ้าบ้าน

When Can You Apply for the Non-O Visa (Spouse) Extension?

• Immigration does not specify how far in advance you must apply. However, in practice, you cannot apply too early in case use bank funds that must be maintained for two full months before the extension.
• Then submit your extension application as soon as the two-month seasoning period is completed.
• Recommended: Apply at least 20 days before your visa expiry, or as soon as your bank balance has met the 2-month requirement.
  
• Possible but not recommended:
  • You can apply up to 2 months early, or even apply immediately after entering Thailand if your documents are complete.
  • However, once approved, the extension starts right away, meaning you will lose the remaining days from your initial 90-day stay.

Important Notes

• Fee: 1,900 THB
• Immigration officers may request additional documents. Always check with your local Immigration office.
• The applicant and Thai spouse must appear in person.
• Some English-language documents may be accepted. Ask Immigration if translation and legalisation are required.
• All documents must include: originals + copies + signed certified copies (“true copy”).

Required Documents for the Non-O Visa (Spouse) Extension

1) Documents from the Thai Spouse

• Copy of Thai ID card
• Copy of house registration (Tabien Baan)
• Copy of name-change certificate (if applicable)

2) Documents from the Foreign Spouse

• TM.7 application form + 1 photo
• Copy of passport
• Immigration documents:
  • TM.6 / TDAC registration (done before entering Thailand)
  • TM.30 (address notification)
  • TM.47 Notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 Days
• Copy of name-change certificate
  • Must be notarised + translated + certified
• If you have children together:
  • Child’s birth certificate, Thai ID card, house registration

Marriage Documents

If married in Thailand:

• Khor.Ror.3 (Marriage Certificate)
• Khor.Ror.2 (Marriage Registration)
• If previously divorced: Khor.Ror.7 & Khor.Ror.6

If married abroad:

• Foreign marriage certificate (notarised + translated + certified)
• Khor.Ror.22 (Family Status Certificate)
• Foreign divorce documents (if applicable; notarised + translated + certified)

If the husband is Thai and wife is foreign:

• Proof of the Thai husband’s employment

3) Financial Requirements

You must meet one of the financial options below:

3.1 Thai Bank Account (Savings or Fixed Account)

• Bank letter showing a balance of at least 400,000 THB
• Bank book showing at least 400,000 THB maintained for the last 2 months

3.2 Monthly Income from Abroad (e.g., pension)

• Income certification letter from your embassy
• Minimum monthly income: 40,000 THB
• Some Immigration offices may request proof of income source

3.3 Combination Method (Bank balance + income)

If neither option meets the requirement, you can combine them.

Example:

• Bank balance: 160,000 THB
• Monthly income: 20,000 THB × 12 months = 240,000 THB
• Total = 400,000 THB → Eligible

4) Family Photos + House Map

Prepare 4 family photos at your residence:

• 2 photos in front of the house (house number visible)
• 2 photos inside the house
• Include a house map showing the location

5) If Your Actual Residence Is Different From the House Registration

• Rental contract or residence confirmation letter from the homeowner
• Copy of homeowner’s Thai ID card
• Copy of homeowner’s house registration
• Or property ownership documents
