สิ่งที่ควรรู้ก่อนยื่นขออยู่ต่อ

• การขออยู่ต่อทุกครั้ง จะได้รับอนุญาตให้อยู่ในไทย ครั้งละ 1 ปี และสามารถต่ออายุได้ทุกปี ที่สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง (ตม.) ตามทะเบียนบ้าน

• สามารถยื่นขออยู่ต่อได้ ล่วงหน้า 45 วัน จนถึงวันวีซ่าหมดอายุ

• กรณีใช้ บัญชีเงินฝากในไทย
  • ต้องมีเงินฝากต่อเนื่อง อย่างน้อย 2 เดือนก่อนวีซ่าหมดอายุ
  • ยอดเงินต้องครบตามเกณฑ์ และ ห้ามถอน
  • เมื่อครบ 2 เดือน แนะนำให้ไปยื่นขออยู่ต่อทันที

• กรณีใช้ ใบรับรองรายได้ / เงินบำนาญจากสถานทูต
  • ควรสอบถาม ตม. ก่อนยื่นว่า ต้องทำเอกสารใหม่หรือไม่
  • หากเอกสารใช้ไม่ได้ และยังไม่ได้เตรียมเงินฝากล่วงหน้า 2 เดือน จะไม่สามารถยื่นได้ ต้องเริ่มเตรียมใหม่ทั้งหมด

• ชาวต่างชาติและคู่สมรสไทย ต้องมาด้วยตนเอง ในวันยื่นคำขอ

• เอกสารภาษาต่างประเทศ
  • สามารถใช้ชุดเดิมจากรอบก่อนหน้าได้
  • ต้องเป็นเอกสารตัวจริง

กรณีจดทะเบียนสมรสในต่างประเทศ

• ทะเบียนฐานะแห่งครอบครัว (คร.22) จากอำเภอในไทย

• กรณีเคยหย่า: ใบหย่าในต่างประเทศ

(เลือกอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง หรือใช้ร่วมกัน)

กรณี A : รายได้จากต่างประเทศ

• ใบรับรองรายได้หรือเงินบำนาญจากสถานทูต
• รายได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 40,000 บาท / เดือน
• เอกสารต้อง
  • รับรองโดยสถานทูต
  • แปลภาษาไทย
  • รับรองคำแปลจากกรมการกงสุลไทย

กรณี B : เงินฝากในบัญชีธนาคารไทย

• หนังสือรับรองเงินฝากจากธนาคาร
• ยอดเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 400,000 บาท
• สำเนาสมุดบัญชี
  • เงินต้องคงอยู่ต่อเนื่องย้อนหลัง อย่างน้อย 2 เดือน
  • ห้ามถอนจนกว่าจะได้รับอนุญาตอยู่ต่อ

กรณี C : รายได้ + เงินฝากรวมกัน

• ใช้รายได้จากต่างประเทศ + เงินฝากในไทย
• รวมยอดให้ครบ 400,000 บาท

Important Things You Should Know Before Applying

• Each extension grants a one-year stay and can be renewed annually at the Immigration Office responsible for the registered address.

• You may apply for an extension up to 45 days before the visa expires, until the expiry date.

• If using a Thai bank account as financial proof:
  • Funds must be deposited at least 2 months before the visa expiry date
  • The required amount must remain in the account without withdrawal
  • Once the 2-month requirement is met, it is recommended to apply immediately

• If using an income or pension certificate from an embassy:
  • Check with Immigration in advance whether a new certificate is required
  • If the document is not accepted and you have not prepared bank funds in advance,
    you will not meet the 2-month requirement and must restart the process

• Both the foreign applicant and the Thai spouse must appear in person on the application day.

• All foreign-language documents (documents from previous applications can be reused):
  • Must be original copies
  • Translated into Thai
  • Translation must be officially certified

• 90-day reporting (TM.47) is mandatory
  • Must be completed every 90 days since the last extension
  • Can be done at a local Immigration Office or online
  • Failure to report may result in a fine of 2,000–5,000 THB

• Immigration officers may conduct a home visit to verify that the couple is genuinely living together.

  • Translation certified by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Option B: Thai Bank Deposit

• Bank letter confirming the account balance
• Minimum balance: 400,000 THB
• Copy of bank book showing:
  • Funds maintained continuously for at least 2 months prior to application
  • No withdrawals during this period

Option C: Combination of Income and Savings

• Combine foreign income and Thai bank savings
• Total amount must equal 400,000 THB

Example:

• Bank deposit: 160,000 THB
• Income: 20,000 THB × 12 months = 240,000 THB
• Total: 400,000 THB

Family Photos and Residence Evidence
