ชาวต่างชาติที่อยู่ไทยเกิน 90 วัน ต้อง รายงานที่อยู่ต่อสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมืองทุก 90 วัน นับจากวันที่เดินทางเข้าประเทศหรือวันที่รายงานครั้งล่าสุด ทำออนไลน์ หรือไปที่ตม.ใกล้บ้านก็ได้ หากไม่ทำจะถูกปรับในวันที่ไปขออยู่ต่อ

ตม.47 คืออะไร
ต่างชาติที่อยู่ในประเทศไทยด้วย วีซ่า Non-O ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ครอบครัว ลูก คู่สมรส เกษียณ ทำงาน จำเป็นต้องรายงานตัวต่อสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมืองทุก 90 วัน นับจากวันที่เดินทางเข้าประเทศไทย หรือวันที่รายงานตัวครั้งล่าสุด
สามารถเลือกได้ 3 ช่องทางหลัก ได้แก่
- รายงานตัวด้วยตนเอง ที่สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง
- มอบอำนาจให้ผู้อื่นไปแทน โดยมีหนังสือมอบอำนาจ
- รายงานออนไลน์ ผ่านเว็บไซต์ของสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง
ระยะเวลาที่สามารถรายงานได้
- รายงานล่วงหน้าได้ ไม่เกิน 15 วันก่อนครบกำหนด 90วัน
- หากเกินกำหนดแล้ว รายงานช้าได้ ไม่เกิน 7 วันหลังครบกำหนด
- ถ้าเกินกำหนด 7 วัน แล้ว ไม่สามารถแจ้งออนไลน์ได้ ต้องไปเสียค่าปรับที่ ตม. เท่านั้น
โทษปรับหากไม่รายงานตัว
- หากไม่รายงานตัวภายในกำหนด: ปรับไม่เกิน 5,000 บาท
- หากรายงานช้า: ปรับ 2,000 บาท

Foreigners Staying in Thailand Long-Term Must Report Every 90 Days (TM47)
Foreigners staying in Thailand for more than 90 days must report their current address to Thai Immigration every 90 days, counting from their date of entry or their last report. This can be done online or in person at the nearest Immigration office. Failure to do so may result in a fine.

What is TM47 ?
Foreigners staying in Thailand on a Non-Immigrant O visa whether for family, spouse, retirement, or work purposes are required to report their current address to Thai Immigration every 90 days, counting from the date of arrival in Thailand or the date of their last report.
How to Report the 90-Day Address?
There are three main ways to report:
- In person at the Immigration Office
- By an authorized representative, with a power of attorney letter
- Online via the Immigration Bureau’s website:
When You Can Submit the Report?
- You can report no more than 15 days before the due date, 90 days.
- If you miss the deadline, you can report within 7 days after the due date.
- If more than 7 days have passed, you cannot notify online; you must pay the fine at the Immigration office.
Penalties for Late or Missing Reports
- Failure to report within the specified time: fine up to 5,000 THB
- Late report: fine of 2,000 THB
