1. สะกดชื่อ หรือข้อมูลพาสปอร์ตผิด

นี่เป็นสาเหตุที่เกิดบ่อยที่สุด และถือว่าเป็นความผิดพลาดที่สถานทูตไม่ยอมให้ผ่าน

ผิดครั้งเดียว = วีซ่าไม่ผ่านทันที

ตัวอย่างข้อผิดพลาดที่พบบ่อย:

• ชื่อ–นามสกุลไม่ตรงกับพาสปอร์ต
  (บางประเทศมีอักษรพิเศษ ต้องสะกดให้ตรงตามรูปแบบภาษาอังกฤษที่ระบุไว้ในพาสปอร์ต)
• เลขพาสปอร์ตผิด
• วันหมดอายุพาสปอร์ตผิด

2. ส่งเอกสารไม่ครบ หรือแก้ไขหลายรอบ

กรณีนี้สถานทูตมักไม่ปฏิเสธทันที แต่จะส่งกลับมาให้แก้ไขหรือขอเอกสารเพิ่ม
ซึ่งทำให้กระบวนการล่าช้ามาก และบางเคสถ้าแก้ผิดซ้ำหลายรอบอาจทำให้ไม่ผ่านได้

ตัวอย่างปัญหาที่เจอบ่อย:

• รูปถ่ายเอกสารไม่ชัด มัว หรือเอียง
• ส่งเอกสารไม่ครบ

3. การเงินไม่ถึงเกณฑ์ หรือ “เฉียดเกณฑ์”

ถึงแม้ผู้ยื่นจะมีรายได้ แต่ถ้าเอกสารการเงินไม่ถึงเกณฑ์ หรือส่งหลักฐานไม่ครบ ก็มีสิทธิ์ไม่ผ่าน

• เงินใน Statement ไม่ถึงเกณฑ์
• ส่งเอกสารรายได้ แต่ยอดรวมไม่ถึงเกณฑ์
• เอกสารไม่มีชื่อผู้ยื่น
• ยื่นจากประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน แต่ส่งเอกสารเป็นภาษาประเทศตัวเอง (ไม่ใช่ภาษาอังกฤษ)

หมายเหตุ: เรื่องการเงิน ถ้าขาดแม้เพียงเล็กน้อย ก็มีโอกาสถูกปฏิเสธได้

4. ใส่ Current Location ผิด

ในหน้าแรกของใบสมัครจะมีช่องให้กรอก “Current Location”
ซึ่งหลายคนกรอกผิดหรือเลือกผิดประเทศ

โดยทั่วไป ระบบมักกำหนดให้ผู้สมัครต้องยื่นจาก:

• ประเทศที่เป็นพลเมือง (ตามพาสปอร์ต)
• หรือประเทศที่พำนักอยู่จริงและมีหลักฐานยืนยัน (เช่น work permit / residence permit)

วีซ่าอาจไม่ผ่านทันที หาก:

5. เลือกประเภทวีซ่าผิด
