วีซ่า DTV เหมาะกับใครบ้าง

• คนที่ยังทำงานอยู่ ไม่จำกัดอาชีพ
• พนักงานประจำ เจ้าของธุรกิจ ฟรีแลนซ์ หรือทำงานออนไลน์
• มีหลักฐานแสดงการทำงานที่พิสูจน์ได้ว่าทำจริง
• รายได้มากหรือน้อยไม่ใช่ประเด็น ขอเพียงมีเงินเก็บถึงเกณฑ์
• สามารถเดินทางเข้า–ออกประเทศไทยได้อย่างน้อยปีละ 1 ครั้ง

ระยะเวลาพำนักและเงื่อนไขสำคัญ

• อายุวีซ่า 5 ปี
• เข้า–ออกประเทศไทยได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง
• เมื่อครบ 180 วัน ต้องออกนอกประเทศ (ออกก่อนครบก็ได้)
• กลับเข้ามาใหม่ จะได้สิทธิ์อยู่ต่อ 180 วันใหม่ทุกครั้ง

ค่าธรรมเนียมวีซ่า: 10,000 บาท
เมื่อเทียบกับอายุวีซ่า 5 ปี ถือว่าคุ้มค่า

การขออยู่ต่อในประเทศไทย

หากไม่สะดวกเดินทางออกนอกประเทศ

• สามารถขออยู่ต่อในไทยได้ ปีละ 1 ครั้ง
• อยู่ต่อได้อีก 180 วัน
• ค่าธรรมเนียม 1,900 บาท

หลังจากใช้สิทธิ์ต่อแล้ว หากต้องการอยู่ต่อ ต้องออกนอกประเทศและกลับเข้ามาใหม่ เพื่อรับ 180 วันรอบถัดไป

การเตรียมตัวขอวีซ่า DTV (แบบเข้าใจง่าย)

1. เตรียมตัวล่วงหน้า

• สำหรับคนที่ยังไม่มีเอกสารตามเงื่อนไข หรือเงินไม่พร้อม ต้องเตรียมหาหรือเก็บเงินก่อน

2. หลักฐานการเงิน

• ยอดเงินขั้นต่ำ 500,000 บาท
• แสดงยอดเงินต่อเนื่องอย่างน้อย 3 เดือน
  (บางสถานทูตขอเพียง 1 เดือน)
• แหล่งที่มาของเงินไม่ได้ถูกกำหนดตายตัว
  ขอเพียงยอดเงินถึงเกณฑ์ตามที่กำหนด

3. หลักฐานการทำงานในต่างประเทศ

• หลักฐานการทำงานในไทย ใช้ไม่ได้
• หลักการคือ ส่งเอกสารทุกอย่างที่ช่วยยืนยันว่า “ทำงานนั้นจริง”

What Is the DTV Visa?

• This visa cannot be applied for or converted inside Thailand

Who Is the DTV Visa Suitable For?

• People who are still working, with no restriction on occupation
• Employees, business owners, freelancers, or remote/online workers
• Applicants who can provide verifiable proof of active employment
• Income level is not a deciding factor, as long as the applicant meets the minimum savings requirement
• Those who can enter and exit Thailand at least once per year
• No age limit and no nationality restrictions
• No requirement to lock funds for several months after visa approval, unlike the Non-O visa
• Simple documentation requirements
• No health insurance required
• No criminal record certificate required

  (leaving before the full 180 days is also allowed)
• Upon re-entering Thailand, a new 180-day stay is granted each time

Extension of Stay in Thailand

If traveling outside Thailand is not convenient:

• You may apply for an extension of stay once per year
• The extension allows an additional 180 days
• Extension fee: 1,900 THB

After using the annual extension, if you wish to stay longer, you must exit Thailand and re-enter to receive a new 180-day stay.

⭐ This process can be repeated continuously throughout the 5-year visa validity

Important Notes and Limitations

⭐ If you apply for an extension of stay in Thailand, immigration officers may request documents again, such as:

• Proof of financial funds
• Proof of employment

In practice, leaving Thailand every 180 days is often simpler.

⭐ The DTV visa is categorized as a tourist visa and cannot be used to open a bank account in Thailand.

Preparing for the DTV Visa (Simple Overview)

1. Prepare in Advance

For those who do not yet meet the documentation requirements or do not have sufficient funds, preparation is necessary in advance, including arranging documents or saving the required amount of money.

2. Financial Requirements

• Minimum required balance: 500,000 THB
• The balance must be shown for at least 3 consecutive months
  (Some embassies require only 1 month)
• The source of funds is not strictly specified
  • As long as the balance meets the required amount

3. Proof of Employment Outside Thailand

• Proof of employment in Thailand is not accepted
• The general principle is to submit any documents that help confirm the work is genuine
