1. กลุ่มทำงานจากที่ไหนก็ได้ (Workcation (digital nomad/remote worker/foreign talent/freelancer)
   ผู้ที่ทำงานออนไลน์ หรือมีรายได้จากต่างประเทศ 100% ไม่ว่าจะเป็นลูกจ้าง เจ้าของบริษัท ฟรีแลนซ์ ทำงานทางไกล
   
2. กลุ่ม Soft Power (Thai soft power-related activities (e.g., Muay Thai, Thai culinary training, and medical treatment)
   
3. เช่น เรียนมวยไทย คลาสเรียนทำอาหาร, sport trainnning, music festival, semenar, ผู้เข้ารับการรักษาพยาบาลในไทย

ระยะเวลาพำนักและเงื่อนไขการอยู่ไทย

• อยู่ได้ครั้งละสูงสุด 180 วัน
• วีซ่าเป็นแบบ multiple entry มีอายุ 5 ปี เข้าออกไทยได้ไม่จำกัด
• ขออยู่ต่อได้ปีละครั้ง ครั้งละ 180 วัน (ค่าธรรมเนียม 1,900 บาท)

ตัวอย่างการพำนัก

• อยู่ไทย 180 วันเต็ม ออกนอกประเทศ แล้วกลับเข้ามาใหม่ → ได้นับ 180 วันใหม่อีกครั้ง
  • สามารถเข้า-ออกไทยกี่ครั้งก็ได้ แต่ต้องไม่เกินครั้งละ 180 วัน
  • ทำแบบนี้ต่อเนื่องได้ตลอด 5 ปี โดยไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียมอะไรเพิ่มอีกเลย
    
• หากไม่อยากเดินทางออกนอกประเทศบ่อย
  • อยู่ไทยครบ 180 วัน → สามารถ ขออยู่ต่อในไทยอีก 180 วัน
  • เมื่อครบ 180 + 180 วันแล้วถึงต้องออกนอกไทย 1 ครั้ง
  • กลับเข้าไทยอีกครั้งก็ได้สิทธิ์ 180 วันใหม่ ทำซ้ำได้เรื่อยๆ ภายใน 5 ปี

เอกสารและหลักฐานที่ใช้สมัคร

1. หลักฐานการเงิน

• ยอดเงินขั้นต่ำ 500,000 บาท ต่อเนื่อง 3 เดือน
• จะอยู่ในบัญชีไทยหรือบัญชีต่างประเทศก็ได้

2. หลักฐานการทำงานหรือรายได้จากต่างประเทศ

• หนังสือรับรองงาน / ธุรกิจ / สัญญาจ้างงาน
• ต้องมี รายได้จากต่างประเทศเท่านั้น
• ไม่สามารถใช้เอกสารทำงานในไทย, เอกสารเกษียณ หรือรายได้จากประเทศไทยได้
• ผู้ถือ DTV ห้ามมีรายได้จากประเทศไทย

3. ค่าธรรมเนียมสถานทูต และประกัน

• ค่าธรรมเนียม: วีซ่า 10,000 บาท
• ประกัน: ไม่ต้องส่ง

ข้อควรระวังในการยื่นขอวีซ่า

1. หลักฐานการเงิน

• ต้องแสดงยอดเงินขั้นต่ำ 500,000 บาท ในบัญชีธนาคาร
• โดยต้องฝากต่อเนื่องมาแล้ว ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 เดือน

2. หลักฐานการทำงาน

• ต้องมี หลักฐานการทำงานในต่างประเทศเท่านั้น (ไม่สามารถใช้เอกสารการทำงานในประเทศไทยได้)
  หรือ เลือกใช้เอกสารอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งแทน ได้แก่
  • หลักฐาน ซื้อคอร์ส Soft Power
  • Medical Treatment

3. การพิจารณาของสถานทูต

• สถานทูตมักตรวจสอบเอกสารอย่างละเอียด
• และอาจ เรียกเอกสารเพิ่มเติม หากเอกสารที่ยื่นมาไม่ครบหรือไม่ชัดเจน

4. ช่องทางการยื่นคำขอ

• วีซ่านี้สามารถ ยื่นขอออนไลน์เท่านั้น
• ไม่สามารถดำเนินการยื่นคำขอภายในประเทศไทยได้

5. ข้อจำกัดด้านระยะเวลาพำนัก

ผู้ถือวีซ่าจำเป็นต้อง เดินทางออกนอกประเทศไทยอย่างน้อย ปีละครั้ง โดยมี 2 กรณี

• กรณีไม่ได้ขออยู่ต่อ
  • ต้องเดินทางออกจากประเทศไทยทุก 180 วัน
  • เมื่อเดินทางกลับเข้าประเทศ สามารถใช้สิทธิ์พำนัก 180 วันได้ทันที โดยไม่ต้องยื่นเอกสารเพิ่มเติม

โดยในการยื่นขออยู่ต่อกับสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง “อาจ” ถูกขอให้แสดงเอกสารเกี่ยวกับ งาน / คอร์ส Soft Power / การรักษาพยาบาล อีกครั้ง

Who is eligible for the DTV Visa?

• Individuals who work online or earn 100% of their income from abroad, whether as employees, business owners, freelancers, or remote workers.

2. Thai soft power-related activities

• People participating in activities such as Muay Thai training, Thai culinary classes, sports training, music festivals, seminars, or medical treatment in Thailand.

3. Spouse and children under 20 of DTV visa holders

• Family members can apply to join the DTV visa holder.

Important Points to Consider

1. Financial Requirements

• Applicants must provide proof of funds with a minimum balance of 500,000 THB
• maintained in a bank account for at least 3 consecutive months.

2. Employment or Alternative Documents

• Applicants must provide proof of employment outside Thailand only. (Employment documents issued in Thailand are not accepted.)
• Alternatively, applicants may submit one of the following:
  • Proof of enrollment in a Soft Power course
  • Proof of medical treatment in Thailand

3. Embassy Review Process

• Applications are usually reviewed in detail by the embassy.
• Additional documents may be requested if the submitted documents are incomplete or unclear.

4. Application Method

• This visa can be applied for online only.
• Applications cannot be submitted within Thailand.

5. Stay Conditions and Exit Requirements

Visa holders are required to leave Thailand at least once per year, depending on the case:

• If no extension of stay is requested
  • The applicant must leave Thailand every 180 days.
  • Upon re-entry, a new 180-day stay will be granted automatically without the need to submit additional documents.

• If an extension of stay is requested
  • An extension is allowed once per year only.
  • When applying for an extension at the Immigration Office, officers may request additional documents related to employment, Soft Power courses, or medical treatment.

Duration of Stay and Conditions

• Maximum stay per entry: 180 days
• Visa type: Multiple-entry, valid for 5 years with unlimited entries to Thailand
• Extension: You can request a 180-day extension once per year (fee: 1,900 THB)

Example of stay

• Stay 180 days in Thailand, leave the country, and re-enter → you will receive a new 180-day period.
• You can enter and exit Thailand as many times as you want, but each stay cannot exceed 180 days.
• This process can be repeated continuously for up to 5 years without additional fees.

If you don’t want to travel out frequently:

Re-enter Thailand → receive a new 180-day period, repeatable within the 5-year visa validity

Stay 180 days → request an additional 180-day extension

After completing 180 + 180 days, you must leave Thailand once
