เอกสารจะแบ่งตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการเข้าประเทศไทย ได้แก่

- ต้องแสดงยอดเงินคงเหลือต่อเนื่อง อย่างน้อย 3 เดือน
- หมายเหตุ: บางสถานทูตอาจใช้เพียง 1 เดือน (ควรตรวจสอบล่วงหน้า)
- ใช้บัญชีในประเทศไทยหรือบัญชีต่างประเทศก็ได้
- ใช้เฉพาะยอดเงินในบัญชี ไม่ใช้หลักฐานรายได้

- ไม่มีการทำงานหรือรับรายได้จากประเทศไทย
A. พนักงานประจำ
- หนังสือรับรองการทำงาน หรือสัญญาจ้างงาน ระบุว่า:
- ยังทำงานกับบริษัทอยู่
- อนุญาตให้ทำงานแบบ Remote Work
- บริษัทยังคงจ่ายเงินในช่วงที่พำนักอยู่ประเทศไทย
- สลิปเงินเดือนล่าสุด
- เอกสารจดทะเบียนบริษัทของนายจ้าง
B. ธุรกิจส่วนตัว / ฟรีแลนซ์ / อาชีพอิสระ (Digital Nomad)
- จดหมายแนะนำตัวหรืออธิบายลักษณะงานและที่มาของรายได้
กรณีธุรกิจส่วนตัว
- ใบจดทะเบียนธุรกิจ
- เอกสารเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจ เช่น เอกสารภาษี
กรณีฟรีแลนซ์ / อาชีพอิสระ
- รูปภาพการทำงาน
- เว็บไซต์ หรือแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ (เช่น YouTube, TikTok)
- ต้องมีชื่อผู้ยื่นแสดงความเป็นเจ้าของ
- หลักฐานการรับเงินเข้าบัญชีจากงานที่ทำ

ข้อควรระวัง:
- ต้องตรวจสอบกับสถานทูตไทยในประเทศที่ยื่นคำร้องก่อน
- ค่าใช้จ่ายค่อนข้างสูง และไม่มีการรับประกันผลการอนุมัติ 100%
- หลักฐานรายได้จากเกษียณใช้ไม่ได้ ต้องยื่นวีซ่าเกษียณแทน

ต้องเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมหรือคอร์สเรียน อย่างน้อย 6 เดือน

B. กรณี Medical Treatment (การรักษาพยาบาล)
ขอบเขตการรักษา
- การรักษาระยะยาว เช่น การผ่าตัด โรคเรื้อรัง กายภาพบำบัด ทันตกรรมที่มีนัดต่อเนื่อง หรือ Wellness ที่มีแพทย์ดูแล
เงื่อนไขสำคัญ
- ต้องเป็นสถานพยาบาลที่ถูกกฎหมาย
- ต้องมีแผนการรักษาต่อเนื่องหลายเดือน
- ต้องมีแพทย์กำกับ
- ไม่สามารถใช้กิจกรรมทั่วไป เช่น สปา นวดผ่อนคลาย โยคะ หรือสมาธิ ที่ไม่มีแพทย์ดูแล

- หนังสือรับรองจากโรงพยาบาลหรือสถานพยาบาล

- Website or online platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok)
- The applicant’s name must clearly appear to prove ownership
- Proof of payments received from work performed

This option is suitable for applicants who cannot provide work-related documents, such as retirees.
Important Notes:
- Applicants must confirm eligibility with the Thai embassy in their country before applying
- Costs are relatively high and approval is not guaranteed
- Retirement income cannot be used; applicants must apply for a Retirement Visa instead
A. Soft Power Activities (Thai Culture)
- Participation in activities or courses for at least 6 months
Examples of eligible courses:
- Thai Cooking Course (6–12 months)
- Thai cultural classes (e.g. traditional dance, handicrafts)
- Muay Thai Training Program
Required documents:
- Certification or acceptance letter from the school or organization
- Copy of the ID card of the authorized signatory
- Business license of the school or organization
- Proof of payment (official receipt)
- Course schedule
Note:
- When applying for an extension of stay, immigration officers may request evidence of actual participation, such as photos
B. Medical Treatment
Scope of treatment:
- Long-term medical treatments such as surgery, chronic disease treatment, rehabilitation, dental treatment with ongoing appointments, or wellness programs supervised by licensed doctors
Key conditions:
- The medical facility must be legally licensed
- A long-term treatment plan covering several months is required
- Treatment must be supervised by a licensed doctor
- General activities such as spa treatments, relaxation massage, yoga, or meditation without medical supervision are not accepted
Required documents:
- Medical certificate or confirmation letter from the hospital or clinic
- Copy of the ID card of the authorized signatory
- Business license of the medical facility
- Proof of payment for medical treatment
- Appointment schedule or treatment plan
