ขั้นตอนการสมัคร

1. สมัครบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน
ลงทะเบียนอีเมล ตั้งรหัสผ่าน เพื่อเข้าสู่ระบบ

2. เลือกประเทศที่ถือพาสปอร์ต
ต้องยื่นขอวีซ่าขณะพำนักอยู่ในประเทศสัญชาติของตนหรือประเทศที่พำนักอย่างถูกกฎหมายระยะยาวเท่านั้น

3. เลือกสถานทูตหรือกงสุลไทย
กรณีประเทศนั้นมีสถานทูตไทยหลายแห่ง (เช่น สหรัฐฯ เยอรมนี จีน ญี่ปุ่น) ให้เลือกให้ถูกต้อง

4. เลือกประเภทวีซ่า
เลือก DTV (Destination Thailand Visa)

5. อัปโหลดเอกสารพื้นฐาน

• รูปหน้าพาสปอร์ต
• รูปถ่ายติดวีซ่าตามข้อกำหนด

6. กรอกข้อมูลตามพาสปอร์ต (สำคัญมาก)

• ต้องกรอกข้อมูลให้ ตรงตามพาสปอร์ตทุกตัวอักษร
• กรอกผิด มีโอกาสถูก ปฏิเสธวีซ่าทันที
• ระวังการสะกดชื่อ–นามสกุล
• กรณีชื่อมีอักขระพิเศษ ให้เปลี่ยนเป็นตัวอักษรภาษาอังกฤษ
• หากไม่แน่ใจ แนะนำให้ตรวจสอบกับเว็บไซต์ทางการหรือสอบถามสถานทูต

7. กรอกข้อมูลส่วนตัวเพิ่มเติม
เช่น ที่อยู่ อาชีพ และรายได้

8. กรอกข้อมูลการเดินทาง

9. กรอกที่อยู่ที่พักในประเทศไทย

• พักโรงแรม: กรอกชื่อและข้อมูลโรงแรม
• พักบ้านคนไทย (คู่สมรส แฟน เพื่อน): เลือก Private Accommodation และกรอกชื่อเจ้าของบ้าน

10. อัปโหลดเอกสารประกอบ

เอกสารหลักที่ต้องใช้ (โดยสรุป)

a. หลักฐานการเงิน

• เงินขั้นต่ำ 500,000 บาท
• ฝากต่อเนื่องอย่างน้อย 3 เดือน
• ใช้บัญชีไทยหรือบัญชีต่างประเทศได้

b. หลักฐานวัตถุประสงค์การพำนักในไทย
เลือกอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง

🔹 กรณีใช้ “หลักฐานทำงานจากต่างประเทศ”

❌ ไม่สามารถใช้เอกสารทำงานในไทย / รายได้จากไทย / เอกสารเกษียณ

เอกสารที่ใช้ได้ เช่น

• หนังสือรับรองการทำงาน / สัญญาจ้าง
• สลิปเงินเดือน
• เอกสารจดทะเบียนธุรกิจ
• จดหมายอธิบายลักษณะงานและรายได้
• หลักฐานรับเงิน
• ผลงานหรือแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์

🔹 กรณีใช้หมวด Soft Power / Medical Treatment

Soft Power

• หนังสือรับรองจากสถาบัน
• ใบอนุญาต
• ใบเสร็จ
• ตารางเรียนหรือกิจกรรม

Medical Treatment

• หนังสือรับรองจากสถานพยาบาล
• ใบอนุญาต
• ใบเสร็จ
• แผนการรักษาต่อเนื่องหลายเดือน

การชำระค่าธรรมเนียม

• ชำระออนไลน์ผ่าน บัตรเครดิต / เดบิต
• บางประเทศอาจต้องไปชำระค่าธรรมเนียมที่สถานทูตโดยตรง (ส่วนน้อย)

ระยะเวลาพิจารณาวีซ่า

• โดยทั่วไปใช้เวลา 10–21 วันทำการ
• หากเอกสารไม่ครบ อาจถูกเรียกเอกสารเพิ่มเติม

หลังได้รับอนุมัติวีซ่า

• ดาวน์โหลด e-Visa เก็บไว้ในมือถือ
• ใช้แสดงกับ ตม.ไทย
• แนะนำให้ ปริ๊นท์เอกสารติดตัวไว้ สะดวกต่อการถ่ายสำเนาเมื่อติดต่อหน่วยงานต่างๆ ในประเทศไทย

Application Steps

1. Create an Account
Register with an email address and set a password to access the system.

2. Select Passport Country
Applicants must apply while staying in their country of nationality only.

3. Select a Thai Embassy or Consulate
If multiple Thai embassies or consulates are available in the same country (e.g., the United States, Germany, China, Japan), select the correct one.

4. Select Visa Type
Choose DTV (Destination Thailand Visa).

5. Upload Basic Documents

• Passport bio-data page
• Visa photo that meets the official requirements

6. Enter Passport Information (Very Important)

• All information must exactly match the passport
• Errors may result in immediate visa rejection
• Pay close attention to name spelling
• If the name contains special characters, use the English transliteration
• If unsure, check official guidelines or consult the Thai embassy

7. Enter Additional Personal Information
Such as address, occupation, and income.

9. Enter Accommodation Address in Thailand

• Staying at a hotel: provide hotel name and details
• Staying at a private residence (spouse, partner, friend): select Private Accommodation and enter the owner’s name

10. Upload supporting documents

Required Documents (Summary)

a. Financial Evidence

• Minimum balance: 500,000 THB
• Funds must be maintained for at least 3 consecutive months
• Thai or foreign bank accounts are accepted

b. Proof of Purpose of Stay in Thailand

Choose one category below.

🔹 Employment or Income from Outside Thailand

❌ Employment in Thailand, Thai income, or retirement documents are not accepted

Acceptable documents include:

• Employment certificate / contract
• Payslips
• Business registration documents
• Letter explaining job nature and income
• Proof of income receipt
• Online work portfolios or platforms

🔹 Soft Power or Medical Treatment Category

Soft Power

• Certificate from an institution
• License or permit
• Payment receipts
• Course schedule or activity plan

Medical Treatment

• Medical certificate from a hospital or clinic
• Medical license
• Receipts
• Long-term treatment plan

Fee Payment

• Pay online via credit or debit card
• In some countries, payment must be made in person at the Thai embassy

Visa Processing Time

• Standard processing time: 10–21 business days
• Additional documents may be requested if information is incomplete

After Visa Approval

• Download the e-Visa and save it on your mobile device
• Present the e-Visa to Thai Immigration upon arrival
• It is strongly recommended to print a copy. Useful for photocopying when dealing with Thai authorities
