3. Proof of Establishment : Such as a certificate confirming the school’s registration or documents verifying the hospital’s legitimacy.
4. Course Schedule or Medical History: To confirm that the applicant actually participated in the course or received treatment.

Caution: Soft Power or Medical Treatment documents are not guaranteed to be accepted by all institutions, and some courses or hospitals may be expensive.
