ขั้นตอนการขออยู่ต่อ 30 วัน

• ติดต่อที่ สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง ที่อยู่ใกล้ที่พักที่สุด
• ไม่จำเป็นต้องไปที่สำนักงานใหญ่ในกรุงเทพฯ
• ผู้ยื่นต้องไปติดต่อด้วยตัวเอง ไม่สามารถมอบอำนาจได้
• ใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 1 ชม.

เอกสารที่ต้องเตรียมมีดังนี้

1. ใบสมัคร ตม.7 (TM.7) – สามารถขอกรอกที่สำนักงานหรือดาวน์โหลดจากเว็บไซต์ immigration.go.th ได้
2. รูปถ่ายสี 4×6 ซม. พื้นหลังขาว (ถ่ายไว้ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน)
3. สำเนาหน้าพาสปอร์ตและหน้าตราประทับเข้าไทย
4. ค่าธรรมเนียม 1,900 บาท (ชำระที่สำนักงาน ตม.)
5. บางที่อาจขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติม เช่น ตม.6 (TDAC) , ตม.30
6. หากไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนตม.30 มากก่อน จะต้องเสียค่าปรับประมาณ 800-1600 บาท

ข้อควรรู้

• การขออยู่ต่อ 30 วัน ไม่ใช่การขอวีซ่าใหม่ แต่เป็นเพียงการ ขยายระยะเวลาพำนักจากเดิม
• ไม่ต้องแสดงตั๋วเครื่องบินขาออก และ ไม่ต้องใช้หลักฐานการเงิน
• แนะนำให้ ยื่นขออยู่ต่อก่อนวีซ่าหมดอายุอย่างน้อย 20 วัน ถ้ายื่นใกล้วันหมดอายุจะไม่สามารถต่อได้

Steps to Extend Your Stay in Thailand for 30 Days

• You can apply for a 30-day extension of stay at the Immigration Office closest to your accommodation.
• There’s no need to visit the main office in Bangkok.
• It takes no more than 1 hour.

Required Documents

• TM.7 Application Form – You can fill it out at the office or download it in advance from immigration.go.th
• One color photo (4×6 cm) with a white background, taken within the last 6 months
• Passport copy – the information page and the page showing the latest entry stamp
• Extension fee: 1,900 THB (paid at the Immigration Office)
• Some offices may ask for additional documents such as: TM.6 (TDAC) and TM.30

Important Notes

• It is recommended to apply for the extension at least 20 days before your visa or stay permit expires. If you apply too close to the expiry date, the extension may be refused.

• Extending your stay for 30 days is not a new visa application; it is simply an extension of your current stay permit.

• No onward flight ticket or proof of funds is required.
