วิธีกรอกเอกสารขออยู่ต่อ (Non-O คู่สมรส) ทำเองได้ ไม่ต้องจ้างใคร
สำหรับใครที่มีแพลนจะพาคู่สมรสชาวต่างชาติไปยื่นขออยู่ต่อ วีซ่าติดตามคู่สมรสไทย (Non-O) ขอบอกเลยว่าเรื่องนี้สามารถทำเองได้ 100% ไม่จำเป็นต้องไปจ้างใคร
เหตุผลสำคัญคือ ทาง ตม. กำหนดให้ผู้ยื่น (ชาวต่างชาติ) และคู่สมรสไทย ต้องเดินทางไปแสดงตัวด้วยตัวเองเท่านั้น คนอื่นไม่สามารถไปทำแทนได้ อย่างมากคนที่รับจ้างก็ทำได้แค่กรอกเอกสารให้ก่อน ซึ่งจริงๆ แล้วพวกเราสามารถดาวน์โหลดแบบฟอร์มมาเตรียมกรอกล่วงหน้าจากเว็บไซต์ ตม. ใกล้บ้านได้เองเลย
การกรอกเอกสารล่วงหน้าจะช่วยประหยัดเวลาได้เยอะมาก หากมีช่องไหนไม่แน่ใจ แนะนำให้เว้นว่างไว้ก่อน แล้วค่อยไปสอบถามเจ้าหน้าที่ ตม. หน้างานได้ครับ (เจ้าหน้าที่ ตม. ไทยใจดีและพร้อมให้คำแนะนำเสมอ ขอแค่เอกสารเราเตรียมมาครบก็พอ)
4 เอกสารหลักที่ต้องกรอก (ดูเยอะ แต่ข้อมูลคล้ายกันหมด)
แบบฟอร์มส่วนใหญ่ใช้ข้อมูลพื้นฐานเหมือนกันครับ เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุล, วันเกิด, ที่อยู่ตามทะเบียนบ้าน, เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และข้อมูลพาสปอร์ต
⬩➤ 1. แบบฟอร์ม ตม.7 (คำขออยู่ต่อ) ▼
- เป็นแบบฟอร์มสำคัญที่สุด กรอกข้อมูลส่วนตัวของชาวต่างชาติเป็นหลัก:
- ข้อมูลพาสปอร์ต: ชื่อ-นามสกุล (ตรงตามพาสปอร์ต), วันเกิด, เลขพาสปอร์ต, วันออก และวันหมดอายุ
- ข้อมูลการเดินทาง: เดินทางมาจากประเทศอะไร, ด้วยพาหนะอะไร, เข้ามาทางด่าน/สนามบินไหน, เข้ามาเมื่อวันที่เท่าไหร่ (ดูตามตราประทับในพาสปอร์ต)
- หมายเลข ตม.6 (TM6 / TDAC): กรอกระบุหมายเลขเอกสารให้เรียบร้อย
- เหตุผลที่ขออยู่ต่อ: ใส่เหตุผลว่า “เพื่อขออยู่ต่อกับคู่สมรสชาวไทย”
- รูปถ่าย: ติดรูปถ่ายขนาด 4 x 6 ซม. (เตรียมถ่ายล่วงหน้าไปให้พร้อม)
- ค่าธรรมเนียม: 1,900 บาท (เท่ากันทุกประเภทวีซ่า และไม่คืนเงินทุกกรณี))
⬩➤ 2. หนังสือรับทราบเงื่อนไข (ตม.9 และ สตม.9) ▼
- เอกสารส่วนนี้เป็นเพียงการลงนามรับทราบกฎระเบียบและเงื่อนไขการอยู่ในราชอาณาจักร (เช่น การไม่เกินกำหนด Overstay)
- กรอกชื่อ นามสกุล สัญชาติ อายุ ของชาวต่างชาติ
- เซ็นชื่อรับทราบ (ให้เว้นไว้ก่อน ไปเซ็นต่อหน้าเจ้าหน้าที)

ข้อนี้สำคัญ! เอกสารใบนี้ให้ “คู่สมรสคนไทย” เป็นคนกรอกครับ
- ย่อหน้าบนสุด: ใส่ข้อมูลของคนไทย (ชื่อ-นามสกุล, อายุ, ที่อยู่ตามทะเบียนบ้าน)
- ข้อ 1 – 3: ใส่ข้อมูลของชาวต่างชาติ เช่น ชื่อ-นามสกุลภาษาอังกฤษ (ตามพาสปอร์ต), วันที่เดินทางเข้าไทย, วันหมดอายุตามตราประทับ และเหตุผลที่ขออยู่ต่อ (“คู่สมรสไทย”)
- ข้อมูลอาชีพ: ใส่ข้อมูลอาชีพของคู่สมรสคนไทย (ไม่ได้ใช้เอกสารการทำงานประกอบ ซีเรียสเรื่องอาชีพน้อยมากครับ)
⬩➤ 4. หนังสือรับรองที่พักอาศัยโดยเจ้าบ้าน ▼
- กรณีที่คู่สมรสคนไทยเป็นเจ้าบ้าน หรือมีชื่อเป็นเจ้าบ้านในทะเบียนบ้าน:
- กรอกข้อมูลเจ้าบ้าน และรับรองว่าชาวต่างชาติพักอาศัยอยู่ ณ บ้านเลขที่ดังกล่าวจริง
- รูปถ่ายประกอบ: ต้องใช้รูปถ่ายครอบครัวหน้าบ้าน (ให้เห็นบ้านเลขที่ชัดเจน) และรูปถ่ายบรรยากาศภายในบ้าน/ห้องนอน ประกอบชุดเอกสารด้วย

ในชุดเอกสารจะมีแบบฟอร์มเกี่ยวกับ “บันทึกคำให้การ / แบบสอบปากคำ” ซึ่งส่วนนี้ปกติเจ้าหน้าที่ ตม. จะเป็นผู้กรอกและสอบถามเราครับ โดยคำถามหลักๆ ที่ ตม. มักจะถามเพื่อยืนยันตัวตน มีดังนี้:
- จดทะเบียนสมรสที่ไหน เมื่อไหร่ (สำนักงานเขต/อำเภอใด)?
- อยู่กินเป็นสามีภรรยากันมานานเท่าไหร่ และมีบุตรด้วยกันหรือไม่?
- มีรายได้มาจากที่ใดในการอุปการะครอบครัว (เช่น เงินเก็บ เงินเกษียณ หรือเงินฝากในบัญชีธนาคาร)?
- เคยเดินทางเข้ามาในไทยกี่ครั้ง ครั้งล่าสุดเข้ามาเมื่อไหร่ ช่องทางไหน?

How to Fill Out Thai Immigration Forms for a Non-O Spouse Visa Extension
If you are planning to extend a Non-O Marriage Visa for your foreign spouse in Thailand, you can easily do it yourself without hiring an agency or paying anyone.
Why? Because Thai Immigration strictly requires both the applicant (the foreigner) and the Thai spouse to appear in person. Nobody can go in your place. The most an agency can do is fill out the forms for you—which you can easily do yourself!
You can download the forms in advance from your local Thai Immigration website. Filling them out before you go will save you a lot of time. If there is any section you are unsure about, just leave it blank and ask the immigration officer at the counter. (Thai immigration officers are friendly and helpful as long as your documents are complete.)
The 4 Main Forms to Fill Out
Most of these forms ask for basic details, such as your full name, date of birth, home address in Thailand, phone number, and passport details.
⬩➤ 1. Form TM.7 (Extension of Stay Application) ▼
This is the main application form. You will need to fill in the foreigner’s details:
- Passport details: Full name (matching the passport), birth date, passport number, issue date, and expiry date.
- Travel details: Country of origin, mode of travel, port of entry (e.g., Suvarnabhumi Airport), and date of arrival (check your entry stamp).
- TM.6 / TDAC Number: Enter your TM6/TDAC arrival card number.
- Reason for extension: Write “To live with Thai spouse”.
- Photo: Attach one 4 x 6 cm photo.
- Fee: 1,900 THB (non-refundable).
⬩➤ 2. Acknowledgment Forms (TM.9 & STM.9) ▼
These are standard agreement forms stating that you understand the conditions of stay in Thailand (such as overstay rules and penalties).
- Fill in the foreigner’s name, nationality, and age.
- Sign at the bottom. (Leave any confusing parts blank for the officer.)
⬩➤ 3. Family Record Statement (STM.10) ▼
Important: This form must be filled out by the Thai spouse.
- Top section: Personal information of the Thai spouse (name, age, registered home address).
- Sections 1–3: Foreign spouse’s details (full name in English matching the passport, entry date, current stamp expiry date, and reason for stay: “Thai spouse”).
- Occupation: Occupation of the Thai spouse. (This does not require strict work documentation.)
⬩➤ 4. House Master Guarantee Form ▼
If the Thai spouse owns or is registered as the house master of the home you live in:
- The Thai spouse confirms that the foreign partner actually resides at that address.
- Photos required: Bring printed photos showing your family together in front of the house (showing the house number clearly) and photos inside the house/living area.

During the application process, officers will conduct a brief interview based on the questionnaire form. Common questions include:
- How many times have you entered Thailand, and when was your latest entry?
- Where and when did you register your marriage (which district/amphoe office)?
- How long have you been living together, and do you have children?
- What is your source of income to support the family (e.g., savings, retirement pension, or bank deposits)?
