เอกสารที่ต้องใช้ในการยื่นขอ Letter of Residence Information

1. แบบฟอร์ม ตม.6 (TM6) หรือใบขาเข้าประเทศ
2. ใบแจ้งที่พัก ตม.30 (TM30) จากเจ้าบ้านหรือโรงแรม
3. หนังสือเดินทาง (Passport)
4. ตราประทับเข้าประเทศ (Entry Stamp) ที่อยู่ในพาสปอร์ต
