🔸 ใครต้องทำ: ทุกคนทึ่ถือพาสปอร์ตต่างชาติ ต้องทำก่อนเดินทางเข้าไทย

🔸 TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card) คือบัตรขาเข้าเมืองแบบดิจิทัล สามารถลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้าได้ ไม่เกิน 3 วันก่อนเดินทาง โดยทำได้ 2 ช่องทางหลัก (เลือกอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง หรือทำทั้งคู่ก็ได้) คือ:

• ช่องทางที่ 1: ผ่านเว็บไซต์ tdac.immigration.go.th
• ช่องทางที่ 2: ผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน THIM (Thailand Immigration) ซึ่งเป็นแอปอย่างเป็นทางการของ ตม. ไทย ใช้งานผ่านมือถือสะดวกมาก

🔸 สิ่งที่จะได้รับ: เมื่อลงทะเบียนสำเร็จ ระบบจะส่ง ไฟล์ PDF พร้อม QR Code มาให้ ให้คุณเซฟเก็บไว้ในอีเมลหรือสมาร์ตโฟนเพื่อแสดงต่อเจ้าหน้าที่

💡 ข้อแนะนำ: หากไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้า ที่สนามบินไทยจะมีแท็บเล็ต ให้ยืนกรอกข้อมูลหน้างาน แต่จะทำให้เสียเวลามาก แทนที่จะได้ผ่าน ตม. ไปรับกระเป๋าอย่างรวดเร็ว ดังนั้นลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้าไปก่อนดีที่สุดครับ

🔸 ใครต้องทำ: ต้องลงทะเบียนทุกรอบที่มีการเดินทางเข้าไทย หรือเปลี่ยนที่พัก

🔸 TM30 คือ การแจ้งพิกัดที่อยู่อาศัยของชาวต่างชาติหลังเข้าไทย สำคัญมากเพราะต้องใช้เป็นหลักฐานในการติดต่อ ตม. ทุกเรื่อง เช่น การขออยู่ต่อ (ต่อวีซ่า) หรือการเปิดบัญชีธนาคาร หากไม่ทำ มีโทษปรับ 800 – 2,000 บาท

• ช่องทางลงทะเบียน: ผ่านเว็บไซต์ tm30.immigration.go.th
• ใครมีหน้าที่แจ้ง: ตามกฎหมายคือ เจ้าบ้าน, เจ้าของคอนโด, ผู้ให้เช่า หรือโรงแรม (ไม่ใช่หน้าที่ของชาวต่างชาติโดยตรง แต่ชาวต่างชาติสามารถขอเอกสารจากเจ้าบ้านมาดำเนินการแจ้งด้วยตัวเองได้)

🔸 ต้องทำตอนไหนบ้าง? (ทางกฏหมาย)

• เดินทางเข้าไทยรอบใหม่ ➡️ ต้องทำใหม่
• ย้ายหรือเปลี่ยนที่พักใหม่ ➡️ ต้องแจ้งใหม่
• ย้ายจากโรงแรมกลับมานอนที่บ้าน ➡️ ต้องทำใหม่
• สำคัญ: ลงทะเบียนที่อยู่ที่ไหน เวลาไปขออยู่ต่อ (ต่อวีซ่า) ต้องไปทำกับ ตม. พื้นที่นั้นๆ

🔸 ในทางปฏิบัติจริง สามารถแจ้งที่อยู่ระยะยาวครั้งเดียวได้ แต่ใช้ที่อยู่ไหนต้องไปยื่นขออยู่ต่อในพื้นที่ตม.ที่รับผิดชอบเท่านั้น

🔸 ใครต้องทำ: ชาวต่างชาติที่อยู่อาศัยในไทยระยะยาวต่อเนื่องกันเกิน 90 วัน

🔸 TM47 คือ การรายงานตัวทุกๆ 90 วัน สำหรับผู้ที่ถือวีซ่าระยะยาว (เช่น วีซ่าแต่งงาน Non-O คู่สมรส หรือ วีซ่าใช้ชีวิตบั้นปลาย Non-O เกษียณ) เอกสารนี้จำเป็นมากสำหรับการขอต่ออายุวีซ่าในปีถัดไป หากไม่รายงานตัว มีโทษปรับ 2,000 – 5,000 บาท

• ช่องทางลงทะเบียน: ผ่านเว็บไซต์ tm47.immigration.go.th

• วิธีนับ 90 วัน: ตม. จะเริ่มนับวันแรก ตั้งแต่วันที่คุณเดินทางเข้าประเทศไทย

• กรณีเดินทางออกนอกประเทศ: หากคุณบินออกไปต่างประเทศก่อนจะครบ 90 วัน ระบบจะรีเซ็ตวันสะสมเป็น 0 ทันที เมื่อกลับเข้าไทยรอบใหม่ จึงค่อยเริ่มนับ 1 ใหม่อีกครั้ง (ดังนั้นใครที่อยู่ไทยสั้นๆ เช่น มาเที่ยวด้วยฟรีวีซ่า จึงไม่ต้องทำสิ่งนี้)

🔸 Who needs it: Anyone traveling with a foreign passport. This must be done before entering Thailand.

🔸 TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card) is the digital version of the arrival card. You can register up to 3 days before your departure through two official channels (you can choose either one or do both):

• Option 1: Website ➡️ tdac.immigration.go.th
• Option 2: THIM App (Thailand Immigration) ➡️ The official mobile app by Thai Immigration, which is very easy to use on your phone.

🔸 What you will get: Once completed, the system will send a PDF file with a QR Code to your email. Save it on your phone to show the immigration officers.

💡 Tip: If you forget to do it beforehand, there are iPads available at Thai airports for on-site registration. However, this wastes a lot of time. It is highly recommended to do it in advance so you can pass through immigration and grab your bags quickly!

🔸 Who needs it: You must register every time you enter Thailand or change your address.

🔸 TM30 is the notification of a foreigner’s residence in Thailand. This is very important because you will need this document for almost any official business with Immigration, such as visa extensions or opening a bank account. Failure to report can result in a fine of 800 to 2,000 Baht.

• Where to register: Website ➡️ tm30.immigration.go.th
• Whose duty is it?: By law, it is the duty of the house owner, condo owner, landlord, or hotel. It is not directly your job, but you can do it yourself by asking the owner for the required documents.

🔸 When do you need to do a TM30? (By law)

• Every time you enter Thailand on a new trip ➡️ Must do a new TM30.
• Every time you move to a new place ➡️ Must do a new TM30.
• Moving from a hotel back to your house ➡️ Must do a new TM30.
• Note: The location where you register your TM30 determines which local Immigration office you must visit for your visa extension.

🔸 In practice, you only need to register your long-term address once. However, you must apply for your stay extension at the specific Immigration office that has jurisdiction over that registered address

🔸 Who needs it: Foreigners staying in Thailand continuously for more than 90 days.

🔸 TM47 is the mandatory 90-day reporting for long-term visa holders (such as the Non-O Marriage Visa or Non-O Retirement Visa). This document is strictly required when you apply for your next yearly visa extension. Failure to report can result in a fine of 2,000 to 5,000 Baht.

• Where to register: Website ➡️ tm47.immigration.go.th
• How to count the 90 days: Immigration starts counting Day 1 from the day you arrive in Thailand.
• What if you leave the country?: If you travel outside of Thailand before reaching 90 days, your counter resets to 0 automatically. When you return to Thailand, the count starts over from Day 1. (This is why short-term tourists on a Visa Exemption do not need to do this).
