❌ ใช้ไม่ได้กับ ตม. ในไทย: เมื่อเดินทางมาถึงไทยแล้ว จะไม่สามารถใช้บัญชีคนอื่นในการ “ขออยู่ต่อ” หรือ “เปลี่ยนประเภทวีซ่า” กับสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง (ตม.) ได้ เพราะ ตม. มีกฎชัดเจนว่าต้องเป็นบัญชีชื่อผู้ขอวีซ่าเท่านั้น

🔸 DTV (Destination Thailand Visa): ขึ้นกับเกณฑ์ที่ใช้สมัคร

• กรณีถือวีซ่า DTV อยู่แล้ว สามารถสปอนเซอร์ สามี ภรรยา ลูก(ไม่เกิน 20 ปี)
• กรณีซื้อคอร์สการแพทย์ / soft power: สามี ภรรยา ลูก พ่อ แม่

หลักการสำคัญคือ “ต้องทำให้สถานทูตเชื่อว่ารู้จักและเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกันและกันจริง” โดยผู้สนับสนุน (Sponsor) จะต้องเป็น คู่สมรส, แฟน หรือครอบครัว (นับเฉพาะ พ่อ แม่ พี่ น้อง สายเลือดเดียวกัน) และต้องเตรียมเอกสารดังนี้:

✅ เอกสารยืนยันตัวตนผู้สนับสนุน: สำเนาบัตรประชาชน, พาสปอร์ต หรือทะเบียนบ้าน

✅ Sponsor Letter: หนังสือรับรองค่าใช้จ่าย (พิมพ์หรือเขียนก็ได้ แนะนำให้พิมพ์แล้วเซ็นชื่อ)

✅ หลักฐานการเงินของผู้สนับสนุน: Statement ย้อนหลัง 1 เดือน (หรือ 3 เดือนสำหรับวีซ่า DTV) อัปเดตยอดล่าสุดใกล้ วันยื่นที่สุด

✅ หลักฐานความสัมพันธ์: ทะเบียนสมรส, รูปถ่ายคู่, หรือสูติบัตร (กรณีครอบครัว) เพื่อพิสูจน์ความสัมพันธ์

สามารถเลือกเขียนเป็นภาษาไทยหรือภาษาอังกฤษก็ได้ แนะนำให้ใช้วิธีพิมพ์เพื่อความอ่านง่าย และลงลายเซ็นด้วย

✅ Valid for: Online visa applications via the Thai E-Visa website submitted to Thai embassies abroad before you travel.

❌ Invalid for Immigration (Immigration Bureau) inside Thailand: Once you are in Thailand, you cannot use someone else’s bank account to request a visa extension or change your visa type. Thai Immigration strictly requires the bank account to be under the applicant’s name only.

🔸 DTV (Destination Thailand Visa):

• If you already hold a DTV: You can sponsor your Husband / Wife / Children (under 20 years old).
• If applying through Medical Treatments / Soft Power Courses: You can use bank accounts from your Husband / Wife / Children / Parents.

The core principle is “proving a genuine relationship.” The sponsor must be a spouse, a partner, or an immediate family member (parents or siblings only). You will need to prepare the following documents:

✅ Sponsor’s Identification: A copy of their ID card, passport, or house registration.

✅ Sponsor Letter: A formal letter of financial support (typing is highly recommended over handwriting for readability, then signed by hand).

✅ Sponsor’s Financial Proof: Bank statements covering the past 1 month (or 3 months for the DTV visa), updated as close to the application date as possible.

✅ Proof of Relationship: Marriage certificate, joint photos, or birth certificates (for family members) to prove how you are connected.

You can write the letter in either Thai or English. For international applications, English is preferred. It is best to type the letter out and sign it physically.
