ข้อควรระวังในการค้นหาเว็บไซต์

ให้เข้าใช้งานผ่านเว็บไซต์ทางการของ ตม.ลาว เท่านั้น โดยพิมพ์ค้นหาด้วยคำว่า “immigration” และตรวจสอบชื่อโดเมนให้ตรงคือ immigration.gov.la เพื่อป้องกันการเข้าใช้งานเว็บไซต์ปลอมหรือเว็บแอบอ้าง

• สังเกตชื่อเว็บต้องมีคำว่า immigration.gov.la เท่านั้น (หากเป็นเว็บอื่นอาจไม่ใช่ของทางการ)

• เมื่อเข้าเว็บแล้ว Submit Online (ปุ่มสีเขียว)
• เลือก Arrival Register สำหรับขาเข้าลาว
• เลือก Departure Register สำหรับขาออกลาว

• สนามบินนานาชาติวัตไต (Wattay International Airport – VTE)(เวียงจันทน์)
• สนามบินหลวงพระบาง
• สนามบินปากเซ
• สะพานมิตรภาพ 1 (หนองคาย – เวียงจันทน์)

จากนั้นเลือกวันที่เดินทางเข้าลาว (ย้อนหลังหรือล่วงหน้าไม่เกิน 3 วัน)

• เพศ, วันเกิด, สถานที่เกิด, สัญชาติ
• อาชีพ, ประเทศที่อยู่อาศัย, เบอร์โทรศัพท์

• จุดประสงค์: สำหรับการเที่ยวทั่วไป ให้เลือก Tourism
• พาหนะเดินทาง: เลือก Flight (เครื่องบิน) หรือ Bus (รถบัส) พร้อมกรอกหมายเลขเที่ยวบินหรือหมายเลขรถ
• ประเทศต้นทาง: เลือก Thailand (หากเดินทางมาจากไทย)
• การเดินทางกับทัวร์: ระบุว่ามากับกรุ๊ปทัวร์หรือไม่ แล้วกด Continue

• คนไทย / ประเทศที่ได้รับการยกเว้นวีซ่า: ให้เลือกตัวเลือกที่ 2 (Visa Exemption) ไม่ต้องกรอกเลขวีซ่าเพิ่มเติม
• ผู้ที่ต้องการทำ Visa on Arrival ที่ด่าน: เลือก Apply Visa
• ผู้ที่มีวีซ่าเรียบร้อยแล้ว: เลือก Choose Visa แล้วใส่หมายเลขวีซ่า
• เมื่อเลือกเรียบร้อยแล้วกด Confirm

• ใส่ชื่อโรงแรม เมืองที่พัก วันที่เช็คอิน และวันเช็คเอาท์
• กด Confirm

ระบบจะแสดง QR Code ให้ จับภาพหน้าจอ หรือกดดาวน์โหลด PDF เก็บไว้ทันที

คำเตือน: ไม่มีให้กรอกอีเมล ดังนั้นจะไม่ได้รับ QR Code ทางอีเมล หากปิดหน้าจอไปโดยบังเอิญจะกลับมาหน้าเดิมไม่ได้ ต้องกรอกใหม่

• Who Needs to Complete It: All foreign travelers, including Thai nationals.
• Registration Window: You can complete the form no more than 3 days prior to your arrival or departure (the system locks the date selection to only the current day and the next 2 days).
• Saving Your Pass: The system does NOT send confirmation to your email. Once completed and your QR code is generated, you must immediately take a screenshot or download the PDF file to save it on your device.

Searching for the Official Website

Make sure to access only the official Lao Immigration website by searching for the word “immigration” and verifying that the domain is immigration.gov.la to avoid scam websites or fake portals.

• Click the green Submit Online button.
• Select Arrival Register for entry into Laos.
• Select Departure Register to exit Laos.

Then select your arrival date (dates earlier or more than 3 days in advance cannot be selected).

• First name and Last name
• Gender, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Nationality
• Occupation, Country of Residence, Phone Number
• Passport Number, Date of Issue, Date of Expiry, Place of Issue
• Upload a photo of your passport information page

• Purpose of Visit: Select Tourism for general travel.
• Mode of Transport: Select Flight or Bus, and enter the flight number or bus plate/bus number.
• Country of Origin: Select Thailand (if traveling from Thailand).
• Tour Group Status: Indicate whether you are traveling with a tour group, then click Continue.

• Thai / Visa-Exempt Countries: Choose the second option (Visa Exemption); no additional visa numbers are required.
• Applying for Visa on Arrival: Choose Apply Visa.
• Pre-arranged Visa Holders: Choose Choose Visa and enter your visa number.
• Click Confirm once completed.

• Enter hotel name, city/province, check-in date, and check-out date.
• Click Confirm.

The system will generate a QR code. Take a screenshot or download the PDF file immediately.

Warning: Email address is not required, so you will NOT receive the QR code via email. If you accidentally close the page, you cannot recover it and must re-fill the form.
