เรื่องนี้เจอกันบ่อยที่สุดดังนั้นก่อนกดส่งเอกสาร ต้องเช็กทุกช่องให้ละเอียด:
- สะกดชื่อ-นามสกุล วันเดือนปีเกิด หรือสถานที่เกิดผิด
- ข้อควรระวัง: ชาวต่างชาติ (เช่น ชาวยุโรป) ที่มีเครื่องหมายพิเศษบนชื่อ ให้สะกดตามหลักภาษาอังกฤษ โดยดูได้จาก “แถบตัวอักษรบรรทัดล่างสุด” ในหน้าแรกของพาสปอร์ต
กรอกวันที่ออกพาสปอร์ต วันหมดอายุ หรือหน่วยงานที่ออกพาสปอร์ตผิด

จริงๆ แล้วถ้าเอกสารมีปัญหาหรือภาพไม่ชัด สถานทูตจะยังไม่ปฏิเสธทันที แต่เขาจะแจ้งขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติม โดยให้เราอัปโหลดใหม่ผ่านระบบ Thai e-Visa เช่น ขอให้ถ่ายรูปมาใหม่เพราะรูปเดิมเบลอ เป็นต้น
แต่หลายคนไม่ยอมถ่ายใหม่ อัพโหลดไม่เป็น แล้วก็ปล่อยทิ้งไว้นานจนสถานทูตต้องยกเลิกใบสมัครไป
⬩➤ 3. หลักฐานการเงินไม่ถึงเกณฑ์ ▼
เงินในบัญชีหรือรายได้ต้องเป๊ะตามเงื่อนไข (เลือกข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง) ดังนี้:
- วีซ่า NON-O (คู่สมรสคนไทย): ต้องมีเงินฝากอย่างน้อย 400,000 บาท หรือ มีรายได้อย่างน้อย 40,000 บาท/เดือน

ข้อนี้สำคัญมาก เพราะต่อให้เอกสารครบ แต่เลือกประเภทผิดก็โดนปฏิเสธได้ครับ ต้องเลือกให้ถูกหมวด ดังนี้:

⬩➤ 1. Incorrect Passport Information (#1) ▼
This is the most common mistake. Before you click submit, please check every field very carefully:
- Typing errors in the first name, last name, date of birth, or place of birth.
- Incorrect issue date, expiry date, or issuing authority of the passport.
Note: For citizens of certain countries (like some European nations) with special characters in their names, you must spell your name using standard English letters. You can check the correct spelling on the “machine-readable zone (the two lines of text at the very bottom)” of your passport’s first page.
⬩➤ 2. Incomplete Documents or Blurry Photos▼
Actually, if there is an issue with your documents or the photos are not clear, the embassy will not reject your visa right away. Instead, they will request additional documents. They will ask you to upload them again through the Thai e-Visa system (for example, asking for a new photo because the original one was too blurry).
However, many people refuse to take a new photo or do not know how to upload it, so they leave it for too long until the embassy has to cancel their application
⬩➤ 3. Financial Proof Does Not Meet the Requirements▼
Your bank balance or monthly income must meet the specific criteria (you can choose either option):
- NON-O Spouse Visa: Must have a bank deposit of at least 400,000 THB OR a monthly income of at least 40,000 THB.
- NON-O Retirement Visa : Must have a bank deposit of at least 800,000 THB OR a monthly income of at least 65,000 THB.
