2. วีซ่าท่องเที่ยว (Tourist Visa – TR)

• ขอวีซ่าท่องเที่ยวก่อนเข้าไทย
• ระยะเวลา: อยู่ได้ 60 วัน และสามารถ ต่อได้อีก 30 วัน

3. วีซ่าคู่สมรส (Non-Immigrant O – Spouse)

• สำหรับชาวต่างชาติที่ จดทะเบียนสมรสกับคนไทยแล้ว
• ระยะเวลา: วีซ่าแรกเริ่มอยู่ได้ 90 วัน และสามารถ ต่ออายุได้ 1 ปี (ต่อได้ทุกปี) โดยไม่ต้องออกจากไทยเลย
• เอกสารสำคัญ:
  • ทะเบียนสมรส
  • หลักฐานการเงิน (อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง)
    • เงินฝากในบัญชีไทย 400,000 บาท
    • หรือ รายได้ต่อเดือน 40,000 บาท

4. วีซ่าเกษียณ (Non-Immigrant O – Retirement)

• สำหรับชาวต่างชาติที่มีอายุ 50 ปีขึ้นไป
• ระยะเวลา: วีซ่าแรกเริ่มอยู่ได้ 90 วัน และสามารถ ต่ออายุได้1 ปี (ต่อได้ทุกปี) โดยไม่ต้องออกจากไทยเลย
• เอกสารสำคัญ:
• หลักฐานการเงิน (อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง)
  • เงินฝากในบัญชีไทย 800,000 บาท

5. วีซ่า DTV (Destination Thailand)

• ระยะเวลาพำนัก: อนุญาตให้อยู่ได้สูงสุด 180 วัน ต่อครั้ง
  
• อายุวีซ่า: เป็นแบบ Multiple Entry มีอายุ 5 ปี สามารถเดินทางเข้าออกประเทศไทยได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง(ภายใน 5 ปี)
  
• การขออยู่ต่อ: สามารถขออยู่ต่อในประเทศไทยได้อีกครั้งละ 180 วันต่อปี โดยไม่ต้องเดินทางออกนอกประเทศ
  
• ความยืดหยุ่นในการพำนัก:
  • กรณีเข้าออกบ่อย: เมื่อเดินทางออกนอกประเทศแล้วกลับเข้ามาใหม่ จะนับระยะเวลา 180 วันให้ใหม่ ทำได้ต่อเนื่องจนครบ 5 ปี
    
  • กรณีอยู่ยาว: สามารถอยู่ติดต่อกันได้ 180 + 180 = 360 วัน โดยไม่ต้องออกนอกประเทศ แต่เมื่อครบแล้วต้องเดินทางออกนอกประเทศก่อน แล้วจึงกลับเข้ามาเพื่อเริ่มต้นนับ 180 วันใหม่

3. Marriage Visa (Non-Immigrant O – Spouse)

• For foreigners legally married to a Thai citizen.
• Duration: The initial visa is valid for 90 days, and can be extended for 1 year at a time — without leaving Thailand.
• Required Documents:
  • Thai marriage certificate
  • Proof of finances (choose one):
    • Thai bank account with 400,000 THB, or

• Duration: The initial visa allows 90 days, extendable to 1 year — renewable annually without leaving Thailand.
• Required Documents:
  • Proof of finances (choose one):
    • Thai bank account with 800,000 THB, or
    • Monthly income of 65,000 THB

5. DTV (Destination Thailand Visa)

• Length of stay: Allows a maximum stay of 180 days per entry.
  
• Visa validity: A 5-year multiple-entry visa, allowing unlimited entries into Thailand during the 5-year period.
  
• Extension of stay: You can apply for an additional 180-day extension per year inside Thailand without leaving the country.
  
• Flexibility of stay
  • For frequent travelers: If you leave Thailand and re-enter, your 180 days will reset. You can do this continuously for the entire 5-year validity of the visa.
    
  • For long-term stays: You may stay 180 + 180 = 360 consecutive days without leaving Thailand. After that, you must exit Thailand once, then re-enter to start a new 180-day period.
