เข้าไทยฟรีวีซ่า แบบอยู่นานที่สุด
ต่างชาติที่อยากอยู่ไทยนานที่สุด แม้จะได้สิทธิ์ฟรีวีซ่า ก็ยังควร “ขอวีซ่าท่องเที่ยว (TR)” ก่อน เพราะจะช่วยยืดระยะเวลาพำนักรวมได้มากกว่าเดิมแบบถูกต้องตามกฎ ตามประกาศฟรีวีซ่าใหม่ (พ.ย.2568) ต่างชาติสามารถอยู่ไทยได้นานขึ้นด้วย 2 วิธีคือ:
⬩➤ 1. ใช้ฟรีวีซ่าตามปกติ▼
- รอบแรก: อยู่ได้ 60 วัน + ต่ออายุ 30 วัน = 90 วัน
- รอบสอง: ออกจากไทยแล้วกลับเข้าใหม่ ได้อีก 60 วัน + ต่อได้แค่ 7 วัน
- รวมทั้ง 2 รอบ อยู่ได้ 157 วัน

⬩➤ 2. ขอวีซ่าท่องเที่ยว (TR) แล้วใช้สิทธิ์ฟรีวีซ่าทีหลัง▼
- รอบแรก: ขอวีซ่าท่องเที่ยวจากต่างประเทศก่อน อยู่ได้ 60 วัน + ต่อ 30 วัน = 90 วัน (ขอได้เฉพาะตอนอยู่ที่ประเทศของตัวเอง ขอภายในไทยไม่ได้)
- รอบสอง และสาม: ค่อยใช้ฟรีวีซ่า 2 รอบ (157 วัน)
- จะรวมอยู่ไทย 3 รอบ ได้ 247 วัน ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย

Entering Thailand with a visa exemption for the maximum possible stay
Foreigners who want to stay in Thailand for the maximum amount of time—even if they are eligible for visa-exempt entry—should still apply for a Tourist Visa (TR) first. This allows them to legally extend their total stay according to the new visa-exemption rules (effective November 2025). foreigners can stay in Thailand longer in two ways:
⬩➤ Using visa-exempt entries only ▼
- First entry: Stay 60 days + extend 30 days = 90 days
- Second entry: Exit Thailand and re-enter. Stay another 60 days + extend 7 days = 67 days
- Total for 2 entries: 157 days

- First entry: Apply for a Tourist Visa (TR) from abroad (must apply while in your home country; cannot apply inside Thailand) Stay 60 days + extend 30 days = 90 days
- Second & third rounds: Use two visa-exempt entries (total 157 days)
- Combined total for 3 rounds: 247 days legally
