ขอ วีซ่าท่องเที่ยว (Tourist Visa TR) มาล่วงหน้าจากเว็บ ThaieVisa อยู่ได้ 60 วัน + ไปยื่นขออยู่ต่อที่ ตม. ไทยได้อีก 30 วัน

จากนั้น ออกนอกไทย ขอวีซ่าท่องเที่ยว TR กลับเข้ามาซ้ำอีก ได้ 60 วัน + ขออยู่ต่อ 30 วัน

รวม 90 + 90 = 180 วัน

วีซ่าท่องเที่ยวแบบ Multiple Entry (METV) วีซ่านี้มีอายุ 6 เดือน

เงื่อนไข: บินเข้าไทยได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง แต่ละครั้งอยู่ได้สูงสุด 60 วัน

⚠️ ข้อควรระวัง: วีซ่านี้ค่าธรรมเนียมสูงกว่าปกติ และขอได้เฉพาะบางสัญชาติเท่านั้น แถมต้องใช้เอกสารเยอะกว่าวีซ่าท่องเที่ยวทั่วไป

รอบ 1: เข้าไทย อยู่ 60 วัน

รอบ 2: ออกจากไทย แล้วกลับเข้ามาไทยใหม่ภายในวันเดียวกันก็ได้ อยู่ไทยอีก 60 วัน

รอบ 3: ออกจากไทย แล้วกลับเข้ามาไทยใหม่ภายในวันเดียวกันก็ได้ แต่ให้อยู่ไทยอีก 59 วัน (เว้นวันไว้ 1 วัน อย่าอยู่ครบ 60 เพราะอาจจะหมดอายุวีซ่าทันที)

รอบ 4: จะมีวันวีซ่าเหลือ 1 วัน ให้ออกจากไทยแล้วกลับเข้าไทยใหม่ในวันเดียวกัน ก็จะได้อยู่ไทยอีก 60 วัน

รวม 239 วัน (8 เดือน)

หมายเหตุ: ตัวอย่างนี้เป็นเพียงแนวทาง การอนุญาตให้เข้าไทยทุกครั้งยังคงขึ้นอยู่กับ ดุลพินิจของเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมือง

DTV อนุญาตให้พำนักในประเทศไทยได้ครั้งละ 180 วัน หรือประมาณ 6 เดือน

วีซ่าประเภทนี้มีอายุยาวถึง 5 ปี และเป็นแบบ Multiple Entry สามารถเดินทางเข้าออกได้หลายครั้ง

DTV ไม่ได้ออกแบบมาสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวทั่วไป แต่เน้นกลุ่ม

• Digital Nomad
• Freelance
• เจ้าของธุรกิจ
• ผู้ที่ทำงานทางไกลจากต่างประเทศได้

ผู้สมัครมักต้องแสดงหลักฐานการทำงานที่สามารถทำจากต่างประเทศได้ รวมถึงหลักฐานทางการเงิน
โดยปัจจุบันต้องมีเงินในบัญชีไม่น้อยกว่า 500,000 บาทต่อเนื่อง 3 เดือน

อีกทางเลือกหนึ่งคือสมัครผ่านกิจกรรม Soft Power หรือ Medical Treatment
ซึ่งต้องมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมสำหรับคอร์สหรือโปรแกรมที่เข้าร่วม

ดังนั้น แม้ DTV จะเป็นวีซ่าที่อยู่ไทยได้ยาวที่สุดในกลุ่มวีซ่าท่องเที่ยว แต่ก็มีเงื่อนไขและคุณสมบัติที่ค่อนข้างเฉพาะทาง

สำหรับผู้ที่มีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะ

✅ จดทะเบียนสมรสกับคนไทย

✅ อายุ 50 ปีขึ้นไป (เกษียณอายุ)

❗ เกณฑ์การเงินที่สูงกว่าวีซ่าท่องเที่ยว

จะได้รับอนุญาตให้อยู่ในประเทศไทย 90 วันตั้งแต่แรก และยังสามารถยื่นขออยู่ต่อได้อีก 1 ปี

หากเป้าหมายคืออยู่ประมาณ 6 เดือน ถ้ามีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ ถือว่าเป็นทางเลือกที่สะดวกกว่าการใช้ฟรีวีซ่า หรือ วีซ่าท่องเที่ยว เพราะระยะเวลาเริ่มต้นก็ 90 วันแล้ว

แบบที่ 1: ขอวีซ่า Non-O คู่สมรส/เกษียณ มาจากต่างประเทศก่อนเข้าไทย ได้วีซ่า 90 วัน จากนั้น

• ขออยู่ต่อ 1 ปี
• ข้อเสียคือต้องมีบัญชีธนาคารไทย ยุ่งเรื่องเอกสารต่อวีซ่า
• รวม 90 วัน + 1 ปี

แบบที่ 2: ขอวีซ่า Non-O คู่สมรส/เกษียณ มาจากต่างประเทศก่อนเข้าไทย ได้วีซ่า 90 วัน จากนั้น

• ออกนอกไทย แล้วกลับเข้าไทยใหม่ด้วยฟรีวีซ่า 30 วัน แล้วขออยู่ต่ออีก 30 วัน
• จากนั้นออกนอกไทย แล้วกลับเข้าไทยใหม่ด้วยฟรีว๊ซ่า 30 วันเช่นกัน แต่ครั้งนี้ไม่ต้องขออยู่ต่อ
• ข้อเสียคือ ตม.อาจเพ่งเล็ง และทำได้เป็นครั้งสุดท้ายของปี
• รวม 90 + (30+30) + 30 = 180 วัน

แบบที่ 3: ขอวีซ่า Non-O คู่สมรส/เกษียณ มาจากต่างประเทศก่อนเข้าไทย ได้วีซ่า 90 วัน จากนั้น

• ออกนอกไทย แล้วขอวีซ่า Non-O จากประเทศเพื่อนบ้านกลับเข้าไทยใหม่ได้อีก 90 วัน
• รวม 90 + 90 = 180 วัน

Apply for a Tourist Visa (TR) from abroad before entering Thailand. This allows you to stay for 60 days, and then you can apply for a 30-day extension at the Immigration office.

Visa Exemption for 30 days (No need to apply for an extension). Applying for a second extension will only grant you an extra 7 days, so it is not worth doing for the second round.

⚠️ Caution: When flying back in for the third round, Immigration officers may question you. It is highly recommended to prepare supporting documents, such as a return flight ticket, proof of accommodation, or documents related to your Thai partner.

Once you have completed all 3 rounds, you cannot repeat this process again within this year.

Apply for a Tourist Visa (TR) from abroad before entering Thailand. This allows you to stay for 60 days, and then you can apply for a 30-day extension at the Immigration office.

After that, leave Thailand and apply for another Tourist Visa (TR) to enter again for 60 days + apply for a 30-day extension.

Total 90 + 90 = 180 days.

Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV) has a validity of 6 months.
Conditions: Unlimited entries into Thailand, with a maximum stay of 60 days per entry.
⚠️ Caution: This visa has a higher fee than usual, is available only for certain nationalities, and requires more documents than a standard tourist visa.

Round 1: Enter Thailand and stay for 60 days.

Round 2: Leave Thailand and re-enter on the same day to stay in Thailand for another 60 days.

Round 3: Leave Thailand and re-enter on the same day, but stay for only 59 days (leave a 1-day buffer; do not stay the full 60 days because the visa might expire immediately).

Round 4: With 1 day left on the visa validity, leave Thailand and re-enter on the same day to get another 60-day stay.

Total: 239 days (8 months)

Note: This example is just a guideline. Permission to enter Thailand each time still depends on the discretion of the Immigration officer.

DTV, allows a stay in Thailand for up to 180 days per entry (about 6 months).
This visa is valid for 5 years and is a Multiple Entry visa, allowing you to enter and leave the country multiple times.

The DTV is not designed for general tourists, but focuses on specific groups:

• Digital Nomads
• Freelancers
• Business owners
• Remote workers who can work from abroad

Applicants must show proof of work that can be done from abroad, as well as financial proof. Currently, you must have a minimum of 500,000 Baht in your bank account consistently for 3 months.

Another option is to apply through Soft Power activities or Medical Treatment, which will require additional expenses for the courses or programs you participate in.

Therefore, even though the DTV allows the longest stay among tourist-related visas, it comes with quite specific conditions and qualifications.

For those with specific qualifications:

✅ Married to a Thai national

✅ Aged 50 years or older (Retirement)

❗ Higher financial criteria than a tourist visa You will be allowed to stay in Thailand for 90 days from the start, and you can also apply for a 1-year extension. If the goal is to stay for about 6 months and you meet the criteria, this is considered a more convenient choice than using a free visa or a tourist visa because the initial period is already 90 days.

• Apply for a 1-year extension.
• Disadvantage: You must have a Thai bank account and deal with visa extension documents.

• Leave Thailand and re-enter with a 30-day free visa, then apply for another 30-day extension.
• After that, leave Thailand and re-enter with another 30-day free visa, but this time no need to apply for an extension.
• Disadvantage: Immigration officers may scrutinize you, and this can only be done as the last time of the year.
• Total: 90 + (30+30) + 30 = 180 days

Method 3: Apply for a Non-O Spouse/Retirement Visa from abroad before entering Thailand to get a 90-day visa. After that:

Leave Thailand and apply for another Non-O Visa from a neighboring country to re-enter Thailand for another 90 days.

Total: 90 + 90 = 180 days
