1. TDAC (Thai Digital Arrival Card / ตม.6)

    TDAC คือการลงทะเบียนบัตรขาเข้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (ทดแทนใบ ตม.6 แบบกระดาษสีฟ้าในอดีต) เพื่อแสดงแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ ตม. ณ สนามบินหรือด่านตรวจก่อนเดินทางเข้าประเทศ


    ใครต้องทำบ้าง?

    ผู้ถือพาสปอร์ตไทย: ไม่ต้องทำ

    ผู้ถือพาสปอร์ตต่างชาติทุกคน: ไม่ว่าจะเด็ก ผู้ใหญ่ มาด้วยวีซ่าท่องเที่ยว ฟรีวีซ่า หรือ Non-O อยู่สั้นหรืออยู่ยาว ต้องลงทะเบียนทุกคน

    คือการแจ้งยืนยันที่พักอาศัยจริงในประเทศไทยหลังผ่านด่าน ตม. เข้ามาแล้ว เพื่อให้ ตม. ในท้องที่นั้นๆ รับทราบ


    ใครต้องทำบ้าง?

    โดยหลักการตามกฎหมายเป็น หน้าที่ของเจ้าบ้าน หรือผู้ให้เช่าที่พัก แต่สามารถให้ตัวแทนหรือชาวต่างชาติยื่นเรื่องแทนได้

    ⬩➤ เอกสารที่ต้องใช้ในการลงทะเบียนออนไลน์

    ฝั่งเจ้าบ้าน/ผู้ให้เช่า:

    • บัตรประชาชน และ ทะเบียนบ้าน

    ฝั่งชาวต่างชาติ:

    เมื่อลงทะเบียนข้อมูลเจ้าบ้านในระบบเรียบร้อยแล้ว ในการเดินทางเข้าประเทศครั้งถัดไป เพียงแค่อัปโหลดรูปตราประทับขาเข้าอันใหม่และกรอกข้อมูลเล็กน้อย ก็จะได้รับเอกสารยืนยัน ตม.30 ทันที

    โรงแรมมักจะดำเนินการแจ้ง ตม.30 ให้เฉพาะช่วงเวลาที่เข้าพัก เมื่อเดินทางกลับมาพักที่บ้านหรือคอนโด จึง จำเป็นต้องแจ้ง ตม.30 ซ้ำอีกครั้ง ให้ตรงกับท้องที่ปัจจุบัน

    Many people wonder about the differences between TDAC and TM.30, and whether both are mandatory. The answer is yes, both systems have distinct purposes and timings. They help the Thai Immigration Bureau accurately track and verify the residential locations of foreign visitors.

    Can You Choose to Do Just One?

    No, you cannot. These two processes are separate and must be completed at different times:

    1. TDAC: Completed before entering Thailand.
    2. TM.30: Completed after entering Thailand.

    It is the official notification confirming a foreigner’s actual place of stay in Thailand after passing through immigration, allowing local immigration offices to keep accurate records.


    Who is Responsible for Submitting It?

    By law, it is the responsibility of the housemaster, landlord, or property owner. However, an agent or the foreign guest can submit it on their behalf.

    Timing: Cannot be done before arrival. It must be submitted as soon as possible after arriving in Thailand and receiving the entry stamp.

    Host/Landlord Side:

    Once the property owner’s details are registered in the online system, future entries only require uploading the new entry stamp and entering minor details to instantly receive the TM.30 receipt.

    Staying at a Hotel First, Then Moving to a Home/Condo

    Hotels usually report TM.30 only for the duration of your stay with them. When you move back to your home or condo, you must resubmit TM.30 to match your current residence.
