✅การ ขออยู่ต่อ (Extension of Stay) คือการ ขยายระยะเวลาการพำนักในไทยให้ยาวขึ้น ตามประเภทวีซ่าที่ถืออยู่เดิม
✅การขออยู่ต่อ ทำได้ทุกประเภทวีซ่า เช่น ฟรีวีซ่า, วีซ่าท่องเที่ยว TR, วีซ่า Non-O คู่สมรส/เกษียณ แต่ละยะเวลาอยู่ต่อขึ้นกับประเภทของวีซ่าเดิม
❌การขออยู่ต่อไม่ใช่ “การเปลี่ยนประเภทวีซ่า“
ระยะเวลาของการขออยู่ต่อ (ตามประเภทวีซ่า)
➤1. ฟรีวีซ่า / วีซ่าท่องเที่ยว (TR) (คลิ๊กที่นี่)
1. ฟรีวีซ่า / วีซ่าท่องเที่ยว (TR) — อยู่ต่อได้ 30 วัน
- ผู้ที่เข้ามาไทยด้วยฟรีวีซ่าหรือวีซ่าท่องเที่ยว สามารถยื่นขออยู่ต่อได้ อีก 30 วัน
- หลังจากอยู่ครบตามจำนวนวันที่ขอเพิ่มแล้ว ต้องออกนอกประเทศ ไม่สามารถขออยู่ต่อเพิ่มเติมได้อีก
- เหมาะกับนักท่องเที่ยวที่ต้องการเวลาเพิ่มเล็กน้อยก่อนเดินทางออก
➤2. วีซ่า DTV 180 วัน (คลิ๊กที่นี่)
2. วีซ่า DTV 180 วัน — อยู่ต่อได้อีก 180 วัน (ต่อได้ปีละ1ครั้ง)
- ผู้ถือ DTV (Destination Thailand Visa) สามารถขอขยายเวลาอยู่ต่อในไทยได้อีก 180 วัน
- เมื่อต่ออายุครบแล้ว จะต้องเดินทางออกนอกประเทศก่อน ไม่สามารถยื่นต่อเพิ่มได้
- เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการอยู่ไทยแบบไม่ต้องการเดินทางออกจากไทยเลยใน 1 ปี
➤3. วีซ่า Non-O (คลิ๊กที่นี่)
3. วีซ่า Non-O (คู่สมรส/เกษียณ/ครอบครัว) 90 วัน → อยู่ต่อได้ 1 ปี
- วีซ่า Non-O ที่เริ่มใช้ครั้งแรกจะได้รับ 90 วัน
- เมื่อครบกำหนด สามารถยื่น “ขออยู่ต่อได้ 1 ปีเต็ม”
- ข้อดีคือ สามารถต่ออายุปีถัดไปได้เรื่อย ๆ ตราบใดที่ยังมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น
- มีทะเบียนสมรส
- มีรายได้/เงินในบัญชีไทยตามเกณฑ์

- ต้องยื่นคำขอก่อนวันหมดอายุวีซ่าอย่างน้อย 15 วัน
- ทุกครั้งที่ได้รับการขออยู่ต่อ จะมีการออก แสตมป์ใหม่ในหนังสือเดินทาง ระบุวันที่สิ้นสุดการพำนัก
- ต้องยื่นที่ สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง (Immigration Office) ในเขตตามทะเบียนบ้านที่ได้ลงทะเบียนตม.30

✅ Extension of Stay is the process of extending your stay in Thailand beyond the original visa duration. You can apply for an extension according to the type of visa you currently hold.
✅You can request an extension for any visa type, such as Visa Exemption (Free Visa), Tourist Visa (TR), or Non-O Visa (Spouse/Retirement). The length of the extension depends on your current visa type.
❌ Important: Extension of stay is not the same as changing your visa type.
Extension Periods by Visa Type
➤1. Visa Exemption / Tourist Visa (TR) (Click here)
1. Visa Exemption / Tourist Visa (TR) — Extend for 30 days (one-time)
- Tourists entering Thailand under a visa exemption or tourist visa can extend their stay for an additional 30 days.
- After this extension, you must leave the country — it cannot be extended further.
- This is ideal for travelers who need a little extra time before departing Thailand.

2. DTV (Destination Thailand Visa) 180 Days — Extend for 180 days (once per year)
- Holders of the DTV can extend their stay in Thailand for an additional 180 days.
- Once the extension is complete, you must leave the country — further extension is not allowed.
- This option suits travelers who want to stay in Thailand for up to one year without leaving.

3. Non-O Visa (Spouse/Retirement/Family) — 90 Days → Extend up to 1 Year
- The initial Non-O visa is valid for 90 days.
- After that, you can apply to extend your stay for a full year.
- The benefit is that it can be renewed year after year as long as you meet the legal requirements, such as:
- Having a registered marriage (for spouse visa)
- Meeting income or Thai bank account requirements

- Apply at least 15 days before your current visa expires
- Applications must be submitted at the Immigration Office in the district where you registered your address with TM.30
- Each approved extension will receive a new stamp in your passport showing the updated stay period
